4th-year ESO students of Liceo Sorolla B school had a different educational experience by participating in a cooking workshop in English. In this activity, the students not only tested their culinary skills but also learned vocabulary related to cooking and gastronomy in English, improving their language skills in a fun and practical way. This allowed them to get closer to the world of gastronomy while promoting teamwork.

Under the supervision of two professional chefs, the students prepared two delicious dishes: a mushroom risotto and pumpkin cupcakes. During the process, the students had to follow instructions in English, using action verbs in the language, as well as specific vocabulary for ingredients.

Finally, the most anticipated moment of the activity arrived: the tasting of the two dishes they had cooked. The result was very satisfying; the dishes turned out delicious! We are sure the students will be able to apply their new culinary knowledge at home and continue practicing.
