It is very important to brush our teeth when we eat and drink sugar. The experiment we did was to use eggs in cola to see the effects of sugar on calcium. The eggs were simulating the teeth because they are made of calcium and we used cola because it contains sugar. The students put the eggs in a cup and pour the cola, resting for two days. The result was the cola cracked a few eggs and stained them. Afterwards, the students took the brushes they brought and brushed the eggs. It took a huge effort brushing the eggs because cola is very damaging for the teeth! The purpose was to teach our students what happens when they drink soft drinks and do not brush their teeth
